from your luxury portrait experience
At CLO Photography, we pride ourselves on the best client experience in the Huntsville area. We work hard to anticipate your needs and exceed your expectations. Below is a simplified version of our step-by-step process and what you can expect when working with CLO Photography. Don’t worry, you’re in excellent hands!
The Consultation
The complimentary consultation takes place over the phone. I’ll take my time listening to your needs and vision for the shoot, and together, we’ll plan your perfect session.
While we’re on the phone, we’ll nail down a date for your booking and I’ll take payment for the retainer.
The Style & Concept Meeting
This is one of the ways we provide a stellar customer experience. Our in-home styling session is where we plan the details of your photo shoot AND pick out your outfits for the shoot, eliminating one of the most dreaded parts professional photos!
We’ll be sure to choose outfits and accessories for each person in the shoot, plan the fine details, and discuss how you would like to enjoy your finished portraits.
The Photoshoot
The day has come to make our vision a reality. You’ll enjoy a fun and relaxing day while we take care of everything. How does complimentary hair & makeup sound? One less thing for you to worry about!
All you have to do is show up with the outfits we chose at the styling session, and we’ll do the rest.
The Ordering Appointment
Once the shoot is over and your images have had basic edits, we will meet again for the ordering session. This is when you will see your images for the first time. We’ll discuss all the ways you can enjoy your portraits including prints, albums, and wall art.
Payments for portraits and wall art will be taken at this meeting, then your images will be retouched, and your products ordered.
The Reveal
Finally! Your products have arrived and it’s time for the big reveal. Everything will be conveniently delivered to you at home. We will look through everything together and- here’s the best part- we will install your wall art for you!
And that’s it! Now you can enjoy your gorgeous photos for years to come.
